Hotel Payment Policy

1. General
This Payment Policy is to be read in conjunction with the Raes on Wategos Booking Terms and Conditions and sets out the manner in which Raes on Wategos Pty Ltd (ACN 164 962 494) agrees to accept payments from its guests.

2. Accepted Payments:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit card, bank transfer or cash.

2.1 Credit card
If a payment is made directly to the Hotel using a credit card you will be charged the relevant surcharge incurred by our merchant facility providers.

2.2 Direct Debit
Please note that it can take up to 3 full business days for payments to clear. Please refer to our Bookings Terms and Conditions for details on the ramifications of late payment. When transferring funds into our account, inform the Hotel first and place the booking confirmation number into the reference field as part of the transfer details.
